Monday, October 26 “Sign and Learn” Exhibit Room 2 (415 SU) 12:00 PM-1:30 PMCome learn about Deaf Culture and the Deaf Community. Some Basic Sign Language will be taught. If you ever had a question about Deaf/Hard of Hearing people or the Deaf community, now is the time to come and ask! Silent Dinner Salem Lutheran Church, 101 S. Duck 5:30 p.m. Bring an item to share and join us for a fun evening! All are welcome: Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Interpreters, faculty, staff, friends and anyone in the community interested in signing. TUESDAY, October 27 Resource Fair Student Union Bookstore Lobby Area 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Representatives will be available to discuss and demonstrate various services and products including assistive technology, fire protection, career resources, student disability services, vocational rehabilitation, and blind and deaf resources. Wednesday, October 28 Movie Night with Discussion Case Study Room 3(416 SU) 7:00 PM -???? Come see the movie “Murderball” and learn about the USA Men’s Wheelchair Rugby team. Afterwards, the OSU men’s Wheelchair Basketball team will be on hand to lead a discussion. Friday, October 30 Accessibility Scavenger Hunt 315 Student Union 2:00 -4:00 PM Have fun and interact with others while discovering the additional obstacles faced by people with various disabilities on our campus.
